Prepare for peak performance on the slopes with our specialized Ski Conditioning Class, expertly led by PPP’s Doctor of Physical Therapy, Steph Johnson. This unique class merges the principles of Pilates with advanced physical therapy concepts to enhance your skiing ability, prevent injuries, and promote overall strength and flexibility.
In each session, you’ll engage in a series of targeted exercises designed to build core strength, improve balance, and increase strength of ski specific muscle groups. The Pilates-informed approach emphasizes controlled, precise movements that strengthen the muscles used in skiing, such as the quads, hamstrings, and glutes, while also enhancing your posture and body awareness.
Our expert instructor will guide you through personalized adjustments and modifications, ensuring that each exercise is tailored to your individual needs and skill level. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or just getting started, this class provides valuable insights into injury prevention and performance optimization, helping you ski with confidence and efficiency. Class size will be limited to 6 spots per time to ensure individualized modifications as needed.

Start: Monday Oct 7th at 5:30pm and 6:30pm for 8 weeks. 6 spots available per class.
This class will build on previous weeks. It is highly encouraged to commit to all or as many weeks as possible. Those that complete 8 classes will receive $25.00 off a new evaluation with Dr. Steph to be used within the 2024 year.
