Class Description:
This high-intensity class is designed to complement your Pilates practice by focusing on lower body and core strengthening to support the active Colorado lifestyle. Whether you’re hiking, running, skiing, or simply looking to build a stronger foundation for daily movement, this class is for you. It targets all major muscle groups in the lower body and core, combining heavy strength training, resisted mobility exercises, plyometrics, and progressive loading to enhance muscular endurance, stability, and bone density.
Through a dynamic mix of functional movements, we’ll work to improve your balance, power, and flexibility. You’ll leave feeling more connected, stronger, and ready to tackle any adventure, with increased resilience and a deeper sense of body awareness. This class is ideal for those looking to build functional strength, improve athletic performance, balance and support long-term joint and bone health and density. This class is for all levels.
