Personal Pilates Plus is offering a 12-week Pelvic Floor and Core Restore class that’s open to those who are in the pre/postnatal and menopausal stages, along with athletes and women of every fitness level.
Pelvic Floor Class Details
This is a progressive class, so it’s crucial that you join us on day one – which is September 4th. We will guide you over the 12 weeks, teaching you how to activate your deep core stabilizers and pelvic floor muscles. We’ll also educate you about all things pelvic floor and the dysfunction that women often encounter. Feel free to bring your questions! This is a SAFE place to ask everything you’ve always wanted to know, but perhaps didn’t feel comfortable addressing.
Instructor Info
Your instructor, Carrie Davidson, is a certified Pilates instructor with extensive pelvic floor therapy experience. She knows all too well that many women have just come to see bladder leakage as something we simply must endure. That is NOT the case! Carrie is excited to help you get your life back.
What You Can Expect From This Class
- Wednesdays at 5:30 pm beginning September 4th
- 12-week progressive program
- Restore abdominal separation (aka diastasis recti)
- Perform strengthening overload exercises that build each week
- Learn proper diaphragmatic breathing (which can lower your blood pressure, increase energy, improve motivation, and more!)
- Practice proper pelvic and spinal alignment
- Feel confident performing Pilates mat exercises and GET STRONGER!
